About Ms. Samson

Hello, I am Ms. Samson. I am thrilled to be the Middle School Intervention Specialist. In my role, I assist the core classroom teachers with our district and state testing. In addition, I help teach our 6th-8th graders Reading and Math. I was formerly a fourth grade teacher and a Title 1 teacher for 12 years. This is my 15th year teaching at DC West and I love every minute of it! I have two children, Jett and Nash, who attend school here. Jett is in 8th grade and Nash is in 6th grade. I am from Fremont, and I earned my Education Degree and my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University. In my spare time I like to be outdoors with family and friends. I am looking forward to a fantastic school year with your child!
