Welcome!  My name is Ron Michael and this is my 34th year in the DC West school district.  I have been married to my wife, Kim, for thirty-two years.  She is the program director for the sonography program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  My daughter Jacy is a traveling nurse currently working in Boise Idaho in the labor and delivery unit, and our oldest son Ryan is a structural engineer for Zachry Engineering in Omaha.   I truly love counseling and working with students to help them think about their future pathways.  However, in my spare time, I enjoy watching the Huskers, and Minnesota Vikings.  During my spare time, I enjoy riding my bike.
